With 20 years of experience, Mr. Helou joined Phoenix in February 2014. He has served as our COO since August 2019 and previously oversaw the Sales Division of the company as VP of Sales. Before joining Phoenix, Tarek worked for TD Bank in Toronto in its corporate banking head office in Treasury, Capital Markets and Marketing. Prior to TD Bank, Mr. Helou started his career at Bombardier Aerospace with increasing responsibilities as Avionics and Telecommunication Engineer, Integrations team lead and Product Planning Manager. Mr. Helou earned an Electrical Engineering Degree from McGill University and an MBA from HEC — Montreal.
